Traditionally, Mamunya IP supports the annual Intellectual Property Law Moot Court organized by ELSA Ukraine
The firm's managing partner Oleksandr Mamunya, partner Ganna Prokhorova as well as associates Ilona Boliubash and Nataliia Badora adjudicated oral and written rounds of the III National Intellectual Property Law Moot Court Competition. The competition was held online in October-November, 2022.
Before the round of oral debate, Ganna Prokhorova welcomed the participants and encouraged them to continue participating in such competitions in the future to gain valuable experience.
Furthermore, this year, Nataliia Badora became a Moot Courts School mentor. No wonder, since she is an experienced moot court player. Her experience includes winning the Students’ League Moot on Intellectual Property of Ukrainian Bar Association and participating in the 18th Annual Oxford International Intellectual Property Law Moot Competition.
Notably, our associate Anastasia Tolkachova joined the team right upon her participation in the Moot Competition last year, and following the internship.
ELSA (European Law Students' Association) is the world's largest independent law students' association.
