We are pleased to announce our successful representation of the leading food tech company MHP in Ukraine's first-ever mediation at the Mediation Center of the Ukrainian National Office for Intellectual Property and Innovations (UANIPIO). The mediation procedure concerned a tender in creative services between MHP and Vandog Agency.
As a result of the mediation, the parties confirmed the absence of mutual claims regarding the business reputation and the use of intellectual property rights. The parties also entered into an agreement re joint development of recommendations for improving tender procedures in the marketing and creative industries.
